Meet The Appraisers

James W. Sofroney is President and Founder of Metro Appraisal Services and has been active in Real Estate and Appraising for nearly 30 years. He is a licensed General Appraiser in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware and a licensed Real Estate Broker in New Jersey. Jim is a Senior Member of NAIFA, holding the IFAS designation and resides in Sea Isle City, NJ with his wife Diann.

James W. Sofroney Jr. (or Jamie as he is known) is the Supervising Appraiser for the Residential Division of Metro Appraisal Services. He is a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser (SCREA) in New Jersey and Pennsylvania with over 10 years of appraisal experience and is a member of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers. Jamie is a lifetime resident of Sea Isle City and is an avid skier and golfer.

Dawn Humphries has been with Metro Appraisal Services for 8 years. As Office Manager with a variety of duties, Dawn processes all appraisal orders and maintains close contact with our large staff of appraisers and clients insuring a smooth and expedient turn around for our reports. A lifelong resident of the area, Dawn resides in Egg Harbor Township with her husband, Earle.
